We’re looking for a Head of Growth - B2B Sales in Europe in the Sales department that is responsible for selling Hal Leonard’s portfolio of solutions (including Print, Digital, and Musical Instruments) to retail/resale channels. The Head of Growth will spearhead our B2B sales strategy, lead a high-performing team, and cultivate strong relationships with key clients across Europe, Australia, and emerging markets, collaborating closely with the Chief Growth Officer for Sales and Education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, Execute B2B sales strategy for Hal Leonard in Europe and Australia
- Develop, Execute B2B sales international expansion strategy for core and emerging markets.
- Full cycle B2B business development: sourcing leads, onboarding and managing B2B customer relationships, maintain key client relationships
- Develop market and competitive assessments to identify and drive new opportunities
- Lead all data analysis related to B2B sales - extract and analyse data to investigate strategic business challenges or opportunities, identify issues and deliver data-focused recommendations and decisions to grow sales
- Ownership of B2B business-level reporting, defining and quantifying core business metrics and reporting to exec team
- Align with global sales team for unified strategy
- Drive revenue growth in Europe
- Manage, inspire, and motivate B2B team for sales growth
Require experience:
- 3+ years of relevant experience gained in sales leadership role in tech and/or music sales industry
- Proven experience in data driven decision making in sales
- Strong understanding of performance, data, and measurement landscapes, with demonstrated experience using data and trends to develop sales strategies
- Knowledge of European market including retail channels and distributors
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, outstanding presentation skills
- Experience driving and refining sales process improvement via CRM
