We are looking for a dedicated and skilled professional Senior Recruiter to manage the full-cycle candidate sourcing process for our IT and Business functions. This role involves everything from posting job openings to pre-boarding new hires. On this position you will independently conduct cold searches for open roles, engage with candidates throughout the hiring journey, and assess their fit through detailed interviews.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-cycle candidates sourcing for the company in IT and Business functions, from posting job openings to candidate pre-boarding.
- Independently conducting a cold search on open roles and engaging with candidates at all stages of the hiring process.
- Assessing candidates after interviews and assisting hiring managers in evaluating potential challenges with candidates.
- Providing hiring managers a detailed feedback on candidates, with highlighting key details
- Developing expert analytical reports and mappings.
- Contributing to diverse HR projects within the company.
Required Experience:
- 3+ years of experience as a Recruiter with focusing on IT, with a track record of successfully closing non-standard positions.
- Experience sourcing candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, GitHub, and others, in addition to traditional job boards.
- Be able to get a feel for the candidate's fit and find the right people for teams.
- Ability to close vacancies by cold direct search
- Excellent time management and self-organization skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in multiple positions simultaneously.
- Understanding of the international job market and sourcing candidates globally.
