We’re looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join the infrastructure team responsible for the stability, reliability, and evolution of Muse Group’s production platforms. This team runs the infrastructure behind our global music products — including high-traffic websites and services used by millions of musicians worldwide. As a senior engineer, you will play a key role in maintaining highly available systems while helping modernize our infrastructure.

We are actively integrating AI and automation into all areas of the business and expect candidates with mindset focused on improving efficiency and deliver a better user experience.

Key responsibilities

Required experience

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in DevOps
  • Strong expertise in Linux administration and TCP/IP networking
  • Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, including managing production clusters on physical servers, scaling, and troubleshooting
  • Strong focus on application and infrastructure security, including:
  • Secure CI/CD pipeline design and supply chain security
  • Vulnerability management and dependency scanning
  • Secure configuration of containers, clusters, and servers
  • Web application security best practices (authentication, authorization, data protection)
  • Infrastructure hardening and access control strategies
  • Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible) for automated provisioning and deployment
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins Pipelines, Github Actions) and deploying infrastructure as code (Terraform)
  • Strong database administration skills for MySQL, Elasticsearch, and similar systems
  • Proficiency with monitoring and observability tools, especially Grafana, Prometheus, and cluster metrics visualization
  • Proficiency in one or more scripting languages (Bash, Python, etc.)
  • Comfortable reading technical documentation and collaborating in English (B1+ level)
  • Strong soft skills for mentoring and assisting colleagues

Nice to have:

  • Experience with PHP projects, and administering production applications
  • Advanced Git usage (GitHub), including branching strategies and code reviews
