Results every day
Leaders focus on daily outcomes. Each day is a small life. Speed and accuracy in planning are the foundation of trust.
I need dirt
We consciously embrace imperfection in work for the sake of speed. Perfectionism slows progress, so it’s essential to move quickly and try new things.
Radical Ownership
Radical responsibility means taking personal accountability for every aspect of personal and team work, including problems and their solutions. It shifts focus from "we" to "I," where I take full responsibility for the result without blaming external circumstances or other people.
Go to Eleven
Follow the founder's principles of persistence and strive for the best results.
Embrace Venus
Ask for help when needed and offer it to others.
The initial contact is made via email from one of our recruiters to understand your relevant experience, ambitions and interests that could make you a good fit for a particular role.
The next step is an interview with HR — a recruiter will ask about your relevant skills and experience, as well as what you're looking for in a new opportunity. You will learn more about the role and our culture. Feel free to ask our recruiters questions at this point.
If all goes well, you’ll proceed to the next step — an interview with the hiring manager.
At this stage, hiring managers or tech leads will shortlist candidates and further examine your experience through setting a task for you to complete. You will also be given an overview of the team and what is expected in the role.
Usually, the whole process involves 2-3 interviews, and then we are ready to make a decision.
As a remote-first company, we are open to hiring worldwide. Our HQ is in Limassol, Cyprus. We also have offices in the UK (Bury St Edmunds), the Netherlands (Heerenveen), and the US (Milwaukee), as well as a large distribution and production facility in Winona and in Italy. For a few roles, it is essential that candidates are based in one of these locations. When necessary, we will include the location requirement in the job description.
Your benefits, including maternity leave and pension contributions, will depend on your country of residence. More information will be provided by our team during the interview process.
We follow an asynchronous way of working, therefore our onboarding process is built to accommodate the whole team, wherever they are in the world. Our teams engage together in our work processes through video calls, messaging and emails.
Every newcomer is assigned a People Partner — a ‘buddy’ who will walk you through your onboarding plans. This includes learning our tools, documentation, and intro meetings with your colleagues.
We also welcome new team members at the Soundcheck, our company wide meeting, where they introduce themselves, talk about their new role, background and share their hobbies.
The probation period depends on the laws in your country of employment. In many cases probation lasts for 3 months — with the exception of C-level positions, as it takes more time to deliver the results in these roles.
At Muse Group, candidates are evaluated based on values fit and essential skill requirements, which form the bedrock of our team dynamics. We emphasize objective assessments, avoiding biases and personality-based judgments. Our focus lies in evaluating candidates' experience, thought processes, and alignment with tasks, rather than subjective traits. We also consider motivational factors that will contribute to a candidate's long-term compatibility with our culture and projects.
We value a thorough and careful hiring process that focuses on quality rather than speed. While we are committed to filling the position in a timely manner, our priority is ensuring that each step of our comprehensive hiring process receives the attention and care it deserves to find the best fit for the role.
Yes, of course you are welcome to reapply for future positions that interest you. Maybe another role that suits you better will come up. Take time to see how you can improve your application next time round.
We carefully review every application we receive. After you submit your application through our careers website, you will receive a confirmation email from us. If your experience matches the requirements of a specific role, one of our team members will be happy to reach out to you.
If you do not hear from us regarding an interview, it means that at this time we are unable to move forward with your application, as your experience does not fully align with the requirements of this particular role. Please know that this decision is not a reflection of your skills or potential.
We truly appreciate your interest in Muse Group and the time you took to apply. We warmly encourage you to apply again for future opportunities that match your background and career goals, and we hope to stay in touch.
