Head of Product AI
We are looking for a Head of AI who can define and drive AI strategy across our product portfolio, identifying high-impact opportunities that create measurable value. This role will turn AI capabilities into successful product experiences by leading experimentation, execution, and continuous optimization.

Key responsibilities
Required experience
- Proven hands-on experience shipping generative AI features in products, with measurable impact on user metrics (not just prototypes or pilots)
- Strong practical track record — able to speak concretely about specific launches, the hypotheses behind them, and the results
- Experience building and articulating a AI engineering strategy, not just executing individual features
- Strong technical fluency in generative AI — comfortable working closely with ML/engineering teams and evaluated on real technical depth, not just conceptual understanding
- Highly initiative-driven — comfortable identifying and proposing new opportunities rather than waiting for direction
- Strong analytical mindset — comfortable building hypotheses, designing experiments, and drawing conclusions from data
- Experience in gaming, entertainment, or music/creative tools is a plus (e.g., generative content tools such as map generation or music generation), but not required
- Musical background is a nice-to-have
