Key responsibilities
Required experience
Hard skills:
- Min 3+ years as Product Owner / Product Manager on a B2C digital product with a subscription or transactional revenue model
- Proven track record of monetization work: pricing, paywall, conversion, subscription funnel — with revenue impact you can quantify
- Strong analytical foundation
- Experience owning discovery end to end: framing hypotheses, choosing research method, converting findings into roadmap decisions
- Demonstrated ability to increase delivery speed in an existing team — shortening cycle time without dropping quality (using AI tools)
- Proactive decision-making: comfortable making calls with incomplete data and owning the outcome
- Fluent English, written and spoken
