Marketing Analyst

Cyprus or Remote
Marketing

We are looking for a Marketing Analyst to own the intersection of CRM analytics and growth data across Muse Group's product ecosystem.

This is a role for someone who thinks in models, not just dashboards — someone who can build Marketing Mix Models, architect social analytics pipelines, and bring statistical rigour to complex questions. You will partner closely with both the CRM team and the Advertising team, and your work will directly shape how hundreds of millions of musicians discover and engage with our products.

What is in it for you?

  • Full ownership from day one — build the analytics infrastructure for marketing attribution, social performance, and campaign modelling, rather than inheriting someone else's half-finished stack.
  • Real breadth — your scope covers CRM analytics, paid and organic growth, offline/online event modelling, and social targets. No two weeks look the same.
  • AI-first environment — we actively use and build with LLMs across the business. You will be expected to, and empowered to, automate and augment your own workflows.

We are actively integrating AI and automation into all areas of the business and expect candidates with a mindset focused on improving efficiency and delivering a better experience.

Key responsibilities

Required experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Marketing/Data/Product Analyst
  • Understanding of marketing-specific data: attribution, Google Analytics
  • Proficiency in SQL (any dialect), with familiarity with Clickhouse being advantageous
  • Proficiency in Python/R, including basic statistical, data engineering, and visualization libraries (or experience with other programming languages)
  • Proficiency in LLMs like Claude or Perplexity, including experience with building AI agents
  • Strong grasp of math, probability theory, and mathematical statistics, including practical experience conducting A/B tests and hypothesis testing
  • Experience with BI tools and ETL tools (e.g., Airflow)
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize information across a broad ecosystem to diagnose problems and devise solutions
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of collaborating and maintaining relationships with both business and technical teams
  • Product-oriented mindset with strong task-setting, planning, hypothesis generation, and project management abilities
  • Fluent in written and spoken English (B2 level or higher)
