Marketplace Operations Manager

We are looking for a hands-on Marketplace Operations Manager to support our daily 3P marketplace execution across Amazon Seller, Best Buy, Bol.com and other marketplaces as the portfolio expands. The role combines marketplace operations, catalog management, customer service, account health, inventory monitoring and analytical reporting and also supports Amazon Vendor (1P) operations and reporting. This is an execution-focused role, not a strategy, PPC or P&L position.

The engagement requires the contractor to provide services that meet agreed service levels and response-time requirements aligned with Best Buy's operating hours. The contractor remains responsible for determining how the services are performed and managing their own working schedule.

Key responsibilities

Required experience

  • 3+ years of hands-on marketplace experience.
  • Experience managing large SKU portfolios of 10,000+ SKUs
  • Hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience.
  • Marketplace operations, account health and catalog management.
  • Flat files, bulk updates, variations and listing troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Amazon Retail Analytics (ARA) or similar Vendor reporting.
  • Experience with Helium 10
  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills.
  • Ability to analyze marketplace data at ASIN / SKU level.
  • Experience with at least one additional marketplace such as Best Buy, Bol.com or TikTok Shop
  • Comfortable managing multiple accounts, high case volumes and SLA-driven work.
  • Strong written English

Nice to have:

  • Rithum / ChannelAdvisor experience.
  • Metabase.
  • Experience across US and European marketplaces.
