Accounting Clerk
Our Finance team is currently searching for an Accounting Clerk to join our department. This role will support daily financial operations, including data entry, invoice processing, and maintaining accurate records.
Key responsibilities
- Responsible for daily inventory receiving and committing tasks in AS400 and Navision
- Timely review, coding, and processing of freight and inventory invoices in Image Now
- Complete AS400 inventory maintenance as needed
- Complete inventory quantity adjustments through cycle counts and discards
- Reconcile assigned balance sheet accounts monthly
- Timely completion of assigned month end journal entries, as well as posting entries
- Maintain fixed asset system
- Complete monthly intercompany account reconciliations
- Scanning and linking daily paperwork into Image Now
Required experience
- Associate degree in Accounting with 1–3 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Experience with AS400 and Microsoft Dynamics (Navision) is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
