Content Operations Specialist

We’re looking for a proactive and organized Content Operations Specialist to support our growing content and operational workflows within the Royalty department. This role combines project coordination, process management, and documentation, ensuring smooth collaboration across both technical and non-technical teams.

Key responsibilities

Project Management:

  • Demonstrate strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Apply a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements
  • Facilitate collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Plan, execute, monitor, and successfully close projects
  • Define project scope, deliverables, milestones, and success metrics

Documentation:

  • Prepare and maintain structured project documentation, including:
    • Project charters
    • Project plans and roadmaps
    • Requirements documentation
    • Process descriptions and workflows
    • Decision logs and meeting minutes
    • Risk and issue registers
    • Status reports and executive summaries
  • Ensure documentation transparency and traceability across teams
  • Document business processes and coordinate updates when processes change

Reporting & Tools:

  • Prepare OKR status updates
  • Work with Jira boards to track tasks and progress

Payments Support:

  • Assist in creating tickets for the Finance team

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Prepare presentations and supporting materials
  • Share knowledge and updates with external teams

Required experience

  • 2–3 years of professional experience in a similar role
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher (both written and spoken)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external partners
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new systems and processes
  • Ability to follow structured workflows and documentation
  • Basic understanding of copyright or music publishing processes

  • Nice to have:

  • Experience with metadata management, reporting, or rights databases
  • Experience with ticketing or project management tools
  • Experience working with digital platforms or content protection processes
