If you love music, and want to jam with our band, look no further! We are looking for a goal-oriented sales professional to join our General Dealer Sales Team with a focus on business growth to execute our B2B sales growth strategy.

As a General Dealer Sales Account Manager, your role is to own and grow revenue across a defined set of strategic B2B accounts that are shared amongst the General Dealer Sales team.

Key responsibilities

  • Own assigned accounts: understand past performance, current needs, and future opportunities; build and maintain deep relationships with decision-makers.
  • Deliver against weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue goals, with a focus on expanding accounts by at least 30% year-over-year.
  • Prepare and deliver high-impact sales meetings, focusing on value creation for customers and measurable revenue impact.
  • Execute structured sales motions using company-wide playbooks to drive upsells, launches, and commercial pitches; share learnings to improve the sales engine.
  • Use CRM and dashboards to identify whitespace, analyze conversion patterns, and target the right accounts with the right offers at the right time.
  • Log daily activity, work leads through the CRM (HubSpot), close the week with clear results, and track progress on dashboards. Use metrics to manage pacing, identify risks, and stay on plan.
  • Run structured growth plays and be proactive in outreach and account planning.
  • Answering and leading direct customer conversations via phone, email, and chat.
  • Discussing and recommending items to include or add to daily or stock orders.
  • Processing orders and completing the transactional sales cycle.
  • Providing customer support on delivery, fulfillment, and order health.
  • Processing purchase orders for schools, churches, and other government organizations.

Required experience

  • Proven Track Record in B2B Sales: 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the music industry or in the sales of physical and digital goods.
  • Sales Execution Discipline: Experience working within structured sales systems, operating on a weekly cadence of planning, logging, and reviewing performance tied to clear KPIs.
  • Data Fluency: Comfortable using CRM tools and sales dashboards to manage pipeline, forecast revenue, and inform daily decisions.
  • Commercial Acumen: Skilled in holding high-stakes conversations with retailers, distributors, or institutional buyers. Strong ability to link offers to value and revenue upside.
  • Playbook-Driven Performance: Experience following structured motions, sales scripts, or campaign workflows. Demonstrated ability to improve outcomes by following and optimizing a defined process.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Track record of building long-term, growth-oriented relationships with accounts by understanding their needs and delivering solutions that work.
