We’re looking for a proactive Global SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, Quality) Specialist to take ownership of safety, quality, and operational excellence across our global sites. In this role, you’ll be the driving force in standardizing best practices, reducing risks, and improving efficiency, while fostering a culture of safety and engagement.

Shape Global Practices: Be the key driver in standardizing SHEQ across multiple international locations, creating real, measurable impact.

Professional Growth & Expertise: Collaborate with industry leaders at HAL Leonard and Muse Group while expanding your expertise in global SHEQ standards, operational excellence, and innovative safety and quality practices.

Key responsibilities

  • Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
  • Risk Analysis: Identify and evaluate safety and health risks.
  • Quality Assurance: Develop and implement processes to ensure product quality and handle customer complaints effectively.
  • Training: Develop and conduct training for employees on SHEQ standards and quality assurance practices.
  • Audit and Reporting: Conduct internal audits and report on SHEQ performance and customer complaint resolutions.
  • Implementation of Standards: Develop and implement SHEQ policies and procedures.

Required experience

  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of SHEQ regulations and standards.
  • Communication: Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability in risk analysis and problem-solving.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally as needed to support multiple sites.

Nice to have: Certifications such as ISO (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 9001), EurOSHM, HVK, or SiFa.
