We're growing our design team and looking for a multidisciplinary Designer who thrives at the intersection of craft and execution — someone who can create compelling visual assets and bring them to life on the web. This role covers two tracks: visual design — owning the look and feel of email campaigns, app store assets, Amazon storefronts, and brand materials across a portfolio of globally recognised music products — and web production — designing and independently building landing pages and web experiences in Webflow, Framer, or Tilda. Key responsibilities

Visual Design

  • Design visual assets for regular email sales campaigns, directly contributing to engagement and revenue growth.
  • Create app store promotional assets for Ultimate Guitar to drive product visibility and user acquisition.
  • Manage visual assets for Amazon marketplace initiatives; oversee design agency deliverables for e-commerce experimentation.
  • Design visual assets for Hal Leonard B2C and B2B marketing campaigns, including book covers, developed to drive sales performance.
  • Partner with Monetisation teams to build and maintain a consistent visual design system across all product lines, ensuring brand cohesion and supporting revenue objectives.
  • Provide design support for internal and external company initiatives: online/offline events, branded merchandise, and other projects.

Web Production

  • Design and build landing pages and web experiences across multiple products (Ultimate Guitar, Audacity, Muse Group, Sheet Music Plus, Sheet Music Direct, Hal Leonard, etc.).
  • Optimise and evolve the design of the main Muse website.
  • Work independently in website builders — Webflow, Framer, Tilda, or similar.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects (CRM, SMM, People Operations, Communications).

Required experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in design.
  • Strong graphic design skills; proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience with generative AI tools and willingness to integrate them into workflows.
  • Basic animation skills.
  • Experience designing responsive websites (web + mobile).
  • Proven experience with at least one no-code web builder: Webflow, Framer, or Tilda.
  • Independence and strong self-management skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive mindset; ability to work in a fast-paced environment with parallel tasks.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with email campaign production.
  • Experience with Amazon/marketplace design (A+ content, storefronts).
  • Advanced AI skills: building automations or agents.
