Product Designer (Top Talent Pipeline)
We’re looking for a Product Designer to join our Top Talent Pipeline and have opportunity to strengthen design team. We’re always excited to meet strong candidates, even when there isn’t an immediate opening. By joining our talent pipeline, you’ll have a chance to meet the team and learn more about us through HR and team interviews. When the right opportunity comes up, we’ll already know each other and can move quickly.
Key responsibilities
- Analyzing user behavior and experiment results to inform design decisions.
- Creating user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups for growth features.
- Maintaining visual and UX consistency across all product touchpoints.
- Work closely with the product and cross-functional teams
Required experience
- 3+ years of experience in product design for mobile and/or web apps
- Strong proficiency in Figma (components, prototyping, design systems basics)
- Familiarity with user research and A/B testing / experimentation workflows
- Strong problem-solving skills for growth-oriented UX challenges
- Clear communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Basic understanding of front-end implementation constraints
- English language B2+
