If you enjoy working with structured processes, large datasets, and cross-functional teams — and are eager to grow within the music and digital content industry — this role could be a great fit for you.
- Manage content blocking and unblocking processes (re-uploads; DMCA cases — UG, MU, Audiocom; Google content blocks) and maintain blocked content records in the database.
- Upload and edit EDU content (including Groove3).
- Prepare and validate data for regular reporting, including lyrics data and Google Analytics metrics.
- Upload royalty payments to authors’ accounts.
- Review song lists provided by the marketing team.
- Create Jira epics and tasks for reporting purposes.
- Handle content-related requests from third-party platforms (YouTube, Amazon, etc.).
- At least 1 year of experience in operations, content management, digital marketing, data processing, or a similar analytical/administrative role.
- Strong willingness to learn new systems, tools, and industry-specific processes.
- Ability to follow written procedures carefully and maintain high process accuracy.
- Ability to document workflows clearly and create structured internal guidelines when needed.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher (written communication required).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with large volumes of data.
- Experience working with Jira (creating epics, tracking tasks, and reporting).
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
Nice to have:
- Experience working with DMCA processes.
- Basic knowledge of royalty accounting and royalty upload procedures.
