Muse Group is hiring an HR Director who will operate as a core member of the company’s executive leadership team and directly shape how the company performs through its people, leadership, and operating model. This role is a true partner to the executive team, working alongside the COO and leadership team to run the company as one system and deliver Company OKRs.

Muse is entering a management-led era where execution is driven by systems, accountability, and leadership quality at scale. This role is central to making that shift real by ensuring the organization, its leaders, and its culture are aligned to deliver speed, ownership, and consistent performance.

The role is open to candidates based in Cyprus or those willing to relocate to Cyprus.

Key responsibilities

Leadership and Executive Effectiveness:
You will partner closely with the COO and executive team to ensure the leadership group operates as one system with shared ownership of company outcomes. You will actively shape leadership behavior, performance, and alignment across the company.

Talent and Leadership Quality:
You will continuously raise the bar on leadership across the company, including assessing, upgrading, and hiring leaders, and building strong succession pipelines.

Organization Design and Operating Model:
You will translate strategy into org design and execution systems, helping build a lean, high-output organization using frameworks such as OKRs, EPICs, DRIs, and async workflows.

Culture and Performance Environment:
You will embed a culture of ownership, accountability, and execution, ensuring behaviors are visible, measurable, and consistently applied.

AI-First Execution Model:
You will help drive the transition to an AI-first way of working by enabling leaders and teams to redesign workflows, increase automation, and scale output without proportional increases in headcount.

M&A Integration:
You will lead leadership and organizational integration for acquisitions, ensuring rapid alignment and measurable performance improvement.

What Success Looks Like:
The executive team operates as one system with clear accountability. Leadership quality improves across all levels. Revenue per employee and output per team increase. Decision-making and execution speed improve AI is embedded into daily workflows and decision-making. Acquired companies integrate quickly and perform at Muse standards

Required experience

Experience operating at executive level with direct impact on company performance
Track record of upgrading leadership teams and improving talent density
Strong experience in org design and execution systems
Experience leading transformation or scaling environments
Exposure to AI-driven environments preferred
Ability to operate with full ownership in high-performance environments
