A huge new update has arrived for the MuseScore mobile and tablet app, one set to transform how millions of music makers play their favorite music.

The new Score View is the perfect way to play any score in the MuseScore sheet music catalog, with an optimized full-screen. Just choose your piece, open the Score View, and — when you’re ready — turn the page with a tap.

So there’s no longer any need to lug around or store many music books or pages of sheet music. Take your entire repertoire with you, wherever you go.

Score View is not just compatible with the 1,000,000+ community scores available for free in the mobile app. It can also display Official Scores — the catalog of thousands of licenced scores from publishers available to MuseScore subscribers. As Official Scores are not yet available to print or download, Score View marks a major step forward in how subscribers can access their favorite music.

And if you're a composer or arranger publishing scores to the MuseScore catalog, it's now easier than ever for musicians to play your music. Support for MuseScore 4 files is on the way in the following months.

Download the MuseScore mobile and tablet app for free today on the App or Play store to try Score View.

To access Score View, simply choose a score and it will open automatically. Tap the score again (the center of your screen) and it will be visible on your entire screen.

And that’s not all. Other exciting updates are on the way soon, so watch this space!
