We’re growing the Sheet Music Plus team and looking for a Frontend Developer to innovate, test, and experiment with new ideas - building a dynamic, powerful ecosystem that empowers millions of creators worldwide through the world’s largest sheet music selection.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and optimize React-based visual components, ensuring seamless integration with the backend
  • Collaborate with designers to create best-in-class UI/UX solutions
  • Deal with technical debt and improve the current codebase
Required Experience: 
  • 3+ years of experience in frontend development
  • Knowledge of design patterns in OOP and FP, with a focus on React/Redux applications. Architectural thinking and an understanding of SOLID principles
  • Strong understanding of JS (ES2019 specification) and TypeScript
  • Experience in optimizing core web vitals and page speed metrics
  • Experience in optimizing application bundle size, deep understanding of web application rendering types (CSR, SSR), and different approaches to routing
  • Understanding web application debugging and profiling using Chrome DevTools
  • Proven ownership mindset—taking initiative, solving problems proactively, and driving solutions forward
  • At least B2 level of English
  • Ability to work overlapping hours with US colleagues

Nice to have:

  • Experience with PHP
  • Experience with implementing product experiments
  • Experience with product rebranding / redesign
  • Experience developing user-facing features
  • Has worked with and improved existing, long-standing codebases
  • Ability to optimize and maintain performance in high-traffic environments
  • Understanding of CI/CD principles
  • Music background or passion for music
