We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Manager to oversee our AR/AP operations within US. This position will manage a small team of specialists while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all financial transactions.

- Manage and oversee all US-based AP and AR operations, ensuring accuracy,
efficiency, and compliance - Lead transformation initiatives for financial operations, including system
implementations and process enhancements - Spearhead ERP migration projects related to financial operations
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize AP and AR processes
- Provide mentorship and leadership to AP and AR team members
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial operations
- Monitor key performance indicators and deliver regular reports to leadership
- Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements
- Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in finance operations
- Demonstrated experience with project management, particularly in finance
transformation initiative - Hands-on experience working in AP and AR functions
- Strong understanding of financial operations, accounting principles, and best
practices - Experience with ERP systems and financial software implementations
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proactive approach to issue resolution
- Ability to work independently while managing a team remotely
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective team leadership
Nice to have:
