We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Manager to oversee our AR/AP operations within US. This position will manage a small team of specialists while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all US-based AP and AR operations, ensuring accuracy,
efficiency, and compliance
Lead transformation initiatives for financial operations, including system
implementations and process enhancements
Spearhead ERP migration projects related to financial operations
Develop and implement strategies to optimize AP and AR processes
Provide mentorship and leadership to AP and AR team members
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial operations
Monitor key performance indicators and deliver regular reports to leadership
Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements
Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

Required Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in finance operations
Demonstrated experience with project management, particularly in finance
transformation initiative
Hands-on experience working in AP and AR functions
Strong understanding of financial operations, accounting principles, and best
practices
Experience with ERP systems and financial software implementations
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Strong leadership and team-building capabilities
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Proactive approach to issue resolution
Ability to work independently while managing a team remotely
Strong interpersonal skills for effective team leadership

Nice to have:

Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, MBA, or related field
Experience with Coupa and High Radius automation tools
Experience managing remote teams
Experience in process automation and digital transformation
