We’re now looking for a Marketing Analyst who will work across CRM and Marketing channels. This is a new and high-impact role — you’ll be the go-to person for evaluating the performance of our global marketing activities, building attribution and social analytics systems, and guiding growth across B2B and B2C verticals.

- Analyze complex marketing data to uncover growth opportunities and shape decision-making
- Build unified attribution models across CRM, social and offline events
- Develop social analytics and model content performance targets
- Create predictive models to assess campaign effectiveness and revenue impact
- Own dashboards and reporting to support data-driven decisions across teams
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to design experiments and prioritize initiatives
- Lead on marketing mix modeling and support strategic planning for new market entries
- Implement analytics best practices and foster a culture of knowledge sharing
- 3+ years of experience as a Marketing, Product, or Data Analyst
- Hands-on with SQL (any dialect); Clickhouse experience is a plus
- Strong Python skills for data analysis, modeling, and visualization
- Deep understanding of marketing analytics: attribution, A/B testing, CRM performance
- Experience with BI tools, GA, Appsflyer, Airflow or similar ETL systems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into business outcomes
- Fluent English (B2+)
