If you have a passion for music, love bringing joy to musicians worldwide, and have a strong product ownership background, we want you to join our team as a Product Owner, Ultimate Guitar, who will: 

Key Responsibilities:

• Generating and testing hypotheses and projects for Ultimate Guitar audience growth, retention, and user satisfaction
• Continuously updating and improving the product's long-term roadmap
• Conducting ambitious experiments to enhance the product
• Clearly communicating product direction through documentation and presentations
• Managing the product team, consisting of up to 15 people
• Conducting market, competitor, and user research
• Working on product strategy and planning on a quarterly and annual basis

Required experience and skills:

• 5+ years of experience of product ownership as Product Owner / Product Manager (experience working with content projects / UGC will be a huge advantage)
• Experience leading products with the ability to create high-level visions for future improvements and product direction
• In-depth understanding and experience of main product ownership methodologies and frameworks
• Experience collaborating with Monetization Team to ensure product quality and company growth
• Proficiency in web and mobile product management
• Experience managing a team / leading cross-functional teams and interacting with cross-dependent teams
• At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English
• Strong communication and leadership skills

• In-depth knowledge of guitar playing, tablature, and relevant musical topics will be a huge advantage
