We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our SEO team. In this role, you will help structure internal processes, manage cross-team collaboration, and drive the delivery of SEO initiatives that impact our growth. You'll work closely with managers, developers, analysts, and stakeholders from multiple product teams.

You won't hear water cooler chat about the weather here at Muse, here we are rating our favorite Prince albums and discussing Japanese punk.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and continuously improve team workflows and internal rituals (standups, planning, retrospectives, generating ideas).
Proactively improve processes to increase SEO-team efficiency.
Establish and maintain communication with other teams (product and tech/dev teams).
Ensure all tasks are delivered on time and according to priority.
Lead cross-functional projects and ensure alignment across stakeholders and teams.
Understand the goals and context behind SEO-related tasks and initiatives, and manage the launch of new SEO initiatives.
Drive process transparency and documentation practices (Jira, Confluence).

Required Experience:

3+ years of experience as a Project Manager (managing cross-functional product or technical teams).
Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban).
Solid experience with Jira, including setting up automations and optimizing workflows.
Experience maintaining clear and structured documentation in Confluence.
Understanding of SDLC and working with development teams.
Experience managing team processes and resolving blockers.
Strong communication, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Upper-Intermediate English (written and spoken).

Could be a plus:

Previous experience or strong interest in SEO.
Experience working in product teams.
