We are looking for a Senior Accountant / Lead to join our growing team and drive excellence across Muse Group’s global financial operations. You’ll be part of the Accounting Team, the financial backbone of Muse Group, ensuring compliance with EU GAAP and IFRS across multiple jurisdictions.

- Lead core accounting processes across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring full compliance with EU GAAP and IFRS.
- Own preparation and review of consolidated financial statements across the Muse Group portfolio.
- Lead a team of 4 accounting professionals based in Europe, providing direction, support, and development.
- Automate and optimize workflows, identifying and removing manual processes to improve accuracy, speed, and scalability.
- Implement and manage financial systems and tools (e.g., FloQast, NetSuite, or similar) to support a modern finance operation.
- Collaborate with global teams to align on financial data, forecasting, and planning.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax returns, VAT filings, payroll, and other statutory requirements.
- Lead financial audits, acting as the key point of contact for auditors and internal stakeholders.
- Deliver investor-ready financial reports and dashboards, combining strong storytelling with data insights.
- Drive continuous improvement of accounting policies, internal controls, and reporting standards.
