We are looking for a dedicated and skilled professional Recruiter to manage the full-cycle candidate sourcing process for our Business functions: Sales, Finance, Marketing, Content, etc. This role involves everything from posting job openings to pre-boarding new hires. On this position you will independently conduct cold searches for open roles, engage with candidates throughout the hiring journey, and assess their fit through detailed interviews.

- Full-cycle candidates sourcing for the company in Business functions, from posting job openings to candidate pre-boarding.
- Independently conducting a cold search on open roles and engaging with candidates at all stages of the hiring process.
- Assessing candidates after interviews and assisting hiring managers in evaluating potential challenges with candidates.
- Providing hiring managers a detailed feedback on candidates, with highlighting key details
- Developing expert analytical reports and mappings.
- Contributing to diverse HR projects within the company.
- 3+ years of experience as a Recruiter with focusing on Business, with a track record of successfully closing non-standard positions.
- Experience sourcing candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, GitHub, and others, in addition to traditional job boards.
- Be able to get a feel for the candidate's fit and find the right people for teams.
- Ability to close vacancies by cold direct search
- Excellent time management and self-organization skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in multiple positions simultaneously.
- Understanding of the international job market and sourcing candidates globally.
