We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Analyst to dive deep into marketing data. This is a high-impact role: you’ll dive deep into anomalies, improve dashboards, launch experiments, support campaign planning, and work across both advertising and CRM teams to power smarter decisions and measurable results.

- Run ad-related experiments and analyze their outcomes
- Investigate anomalies in advertising campaign results to surface actionable insights
- Assist in financial modeling and forecasting (e.g. campaign ROI, revenue planning)
- Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards that support revenue tracking, segmentation, and campaign performance monitoring
- Attribute revenue across marketing channels accurately and support financial forecasting and ROI modeling
- Dive into marketing and user data to support CRM managers, identify growth levers, and guide strategic decisions
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to run experiments, prioritize hypotheses, and share insights that shape product direction
- 3+ years of experience as a Marketing/Data/Product Analyst
- Understanding of marketing-specific data: attribution, AppsFlyer, Google Analytics, SKAdNetwork etc
- Proficiency in SQL (any dialect), with familiarity with Clickhouse being advantageous
- Proficiency in Python/R, including basic statistical, data engineering, and visualization libraries (or experience with other programming languages)
- Strong grasp of math, probability theory, and mathematical statistics, including practical experience conducting A/B tests and hypothesis testing
- Experience with BI tools and ETL tools (e.g., Airflow)
- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize information across a broad ecosystem to diagnose problems and devise solutions
- Excellent communication skills, capable of collaborating and maintaining relationships with both business and technical teams
- Product-oriented mindset with strong task-setting, planning, hypothesis generation, and project management abilities
- Fluent in written and spoken English (B2 level or higher)
- Experience with subscription business models will be a plus
