Vacancy Description:

Muse Group empowers music makers. We create the world’s most popular apps for playing, recording, and composing music.

Through our innovative learning tools, expansive music catalogs, and free open-source software, we make it easier for millions — from beginners to experienced musicians — to be creative every day.

Our talented team of music lovers collaborates all over the globe, from Limassol to Seoul, Boston to Berlin. We’re an ambitious company with the drive and culture of a startup — with many more exciting Muse Group developments to come.

We are currently seeking a Senior Product Analyst to strengthen our product analytics capabilities and support the development of our experimentation platform. You’ll work alongside Product Managers, Engineers, and fellow Analysts to drive data-informed decision-making, build infrastructure, and fuel product growth.

What’s in it for you?

  • Work at Scale: Analyze data from over 25 million monthly active users across our mobile-first platform.
  • Impactful Work: Help shape core product and business decisions in Growth, Retention, and Monetization.
  • Experimentation-First Mindset: Own and evolve our A/B testing infrastructure to support scalable and reliable experimentation.
  • Team Collaboration: Join a lean but growing analytics team with clear product vertical ownership and plenty of room to shape process and structure.

You won't hear water cooler chat about the weather here at Muse, here we are rating our favorite Prince albums and discussing Japanese punk.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and evolve our A/B testing platform and experimentation workflows
  • Conduct full-cycle analytics projects: hypothesis generation, experimental design, implementation, post-analysis, and insight generation
  • Create and maintain dashboards, and reports to support day-to-day and strategic decisions
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to align analytics with product goals and roadmap
  • Work with our metrics tree to ensure goal alignment and traceability of outcomes
  • Engage in strategic ad hoc deep dives and growth opportunity research
  • Address technical debt: structure, clean, and optimize event tracking systems
  • Help establish best practices, documentation, and scalable analytics systems
  • Support and mentor peers in data interpretation and decision-making
Required Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years as a Product or Data Analyst in a tech/product environment
  • Expert-level SQL (any dialect); experience with ClickHouse is a plus

  • Strong foundation in math, statistics, and A/B testing methodology
  • Familiarity with data warehousing, BI tools and ETL pipelines
  • Experience working on product teams in mobile-first or app-centric environments
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills — especially with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Ability to take initiative, structure work independently, and drive impact in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent English (B2 or higher)

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in subscription-based products
  • Background in building or scaling experimentation processes

Radical responsibility means taking personal accountability for every aspect of personal and team work, including problems and their solutions. It shifts focus from "we" to "I," where I take full responsibility for the result without blaming external circumstances or other people.
