We are looking for a IT Support Technician who will contribute to Hal Leonard US IT operations team: monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.

- Provide in-person and remote assistance to employees experiencing hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Installation and Configuration: Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, peripherals, and software applications to ensure they meet organizational standards and user needs.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware and software issues to resolve issues.
- Execute performance upgrades to PCs, including the installation of CPUs, RAM, hard drives, and other hardware components.
- Collaborate with network administrators to ensure the efficient operation of the desktop computing environment and resolve workstation networking issues.
- Maintain inventory management of hardware assets, making sure equipment is in good working condition, and replacing equipment as needed.
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in IT/Desktop Support, or related field.
- Problem solving: Ability to diagnose problems and work with staff to resolve technical issues.
- Communication skills: Ability to communicate clearly and promptly with internal users on multiple platforms and systems.
- Willingness to learn and adapt with changing technologies.
