We’re hiring a Corporate IT Project Manager to coordinate operational workflows and ensure smooth communication across teams.

You won't hear water cooler chat about the weather here at Muse, here we are rating our favorite Prince albums and discussing Japanese punk.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate day-to-day IT operations and incoming requests on 1-st and 2-nd IT support line
Act as the main point of contact between 1st/2nd Line Support teams and internal stakeholders
Prioritize and track tasks to ensure timely resolution
Monitor and improve key support metrics like time to response and adherence to SLA targets
Improve visibility and communication across Corporate IT initiatives
Help structure and document ongoing Corporate IT projects and support processes

Required Experience:

Senior, hands-on experience as a Project Manager in a fast-paced environment
Strong ownership mindset - able to take control and drive things without babysitting
Confident working with support teams and internal stakeholders
Good at prioritizing, keeping people accountable, and following through
Comfortable working with metrics like SLA and response times
Clear and direct communicator (English)
Familiar with basic project management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence - or quick to pick them up)
Not afraid to challenge, push back, and get things moving when needed
